Ten categories you can design for.

The chemistry your water and the ground around it need, built from what your tests show rather than what a treatment label assumes.

Designs can include water chemistry correction and balancing, nutrient and loading management, pH and alkalinity correction, oxygen and aeration chemistry, sediment and bottom treatment, shoreline and bank soil correction, and amendment programs matched to the water body.

The living side of the water and the ground that holds it, built to do work that treatment is currently doing.

Designs can include beneficial bacteria and microbial programs, biological water and sediment treatment, shoreline and wetland biology, aquatic and buffer plant establishment, biological nutrient reduction, and organic matter and bottom management.

Everything fixed in place that holds, moves, or controls the water.

Designs can include water-control structures, weirs and spillways, intakes and outfalls, aeration and circulation systems, filtration and treatment systems, liners and containment, bank and shoreline stabilization, docks and piers, dams and impoundments, dredging and depth work, pumps and water-moving systems, buildings and structures on the water, and lighting.

The mobile side: what you run, pull, and operate on the water.

Designs can include boats and work vessels, aeration and circulation equipment, harvesting and cutting equipment, dredging and sediment equipment, sampling and monitoring equipment, aquaculture equipment, spray and application equipment, and the tools and attachments that run with them. Where equipment does not exist for what your water needs, we can design and build it.

What goes in and around the water, matched to what the body can carry.

Designs can include aquatic and submerged species, shoreline and bank plantings, riparian buffer species, wetland species, native and restoration plantings, floating and emergent species, erosion-control plantings, and blends built for your water and your banks.

The life in the water as part of the system, and the stock you raise in it.

Designs can include fish stocking and population planning, aquaculture stocking and management, forage and food-chain planning, feed and nutrition programs, habitat and cover planning, spawning and recruitment support, aeration and water quality for the life in it, and management of the whole aquatic community.

The control side: what you apply to keep pressure off your water and what lives in it.

Designs can include algaecide programs, aquatic herbicide programs, invasive species control, aquatic pest and disease control, parasite and pathogen control for fish and stock, and resistance management across the program.

The work that goes beyond the standard nine.

Designs can include work at scale (large bodies, coastal and marine, watershed-wide, commercial aquaculture), specialized requirements (permit, discharge, fishery, or regulatory specs), and problems that need research and invention rather than selection: custom builds, one-off solutions, and work where nothing off the shelf fits your water.

What you and your people need to know to run what we build.

Designs can include operator and staff training materials, reference guides for the program we built, seasonal and calendar-based reference tools, water-management decision aids, visual and step-by-step documentation, and self-directed learning packages for water that runs without us on site.

The management behind the water.

Designs can include water-management plans and calendars, monitoring and testing schedules, standard operating procedures, roles and responsibility structure, staff training and development, recordkeeping and documentation systems, and integration of the whole build into how the water and the property already run.
