Ten categories you can design for.
The fertility and correction your ground actually needs, built from what your tests show rather than what the bag recommends.
Designs can include liquid and granular fertility, lime and pH correction, calcium and magnesium corrections, micronutrient packages, carbon inputs, foliar programs, soil amendments and conditioners, salt and sodium management, and plot-specific fertility.
The living side of your soil, built to do work you're currently hauling in product to do.
Designs can include microbial inoculants, compost and compost extracts, brewed biological teas, mycorrhizal and root-zone inoculants, biological soil primers, carbon and food sources for biology, and organic matter integration.
Everything fixed in place across the property.
Designs can include water systems and piping, filtration and treatment systems, wells and pump systems, guzzlers and catchments, ponds and impoundments, troughs and watering points, irrigation for plots, drainage and water control, fencing and gates, blinds and stands, feeders and fixed structures, camps and cabins, barns and outbuildings, roads and access, building materials, and lighting.
The mobile side: what you run, pull, and operate.
Designs can include tractors and prime movers, roller crimpers and termination equipment, no-till and low-disturbance seed drills and plot equipment, sprayers and applicators, spreaders, subsoilers and low-disturbance ground tools, ATVs and UTVs, mowers where cover management calls for it, and the tools and attachments that run with them. Where regenerative equipment does not exist for what your place needs, we can design and build it.
What goes in the ground, matched to what the ground can carry and what you're managing for.
Designs can include food plot mixes, forage and browse species, native grasses and forbs, cover and bedding vegetation, mast and hard-mast trees, pollinator and bird plantings, cool-season and warm-season blends, seed treatments and inoculants, and multi-species blends built for your soil and your game.
The game and the herd as the point of the whole place.
Designs can include carrying capacity and population planning, habitat and forage planning, food plot and feeding strategy, water distribution across the property, mineral and supplement programs, herd health planning, movement and travel-corridor design, cover and bedding layout, and predator and pressure management.
The control side: what you apply to keep pressure off what you're managing.
Designs can include herbicide programs, invasive and brush control, insecticide programs, fungicide programs, parasite and disease control for game, feral hog and nuisance control, and resistance management across the program.
The work that goes beyond the standard nine.
Designs can include work at scale (large tracts, multi-property, outfitter operations), specialized requirements (lease, MLD, wildlife-program, or conservation-plan specs), and problems that need research and invention rather than selection: custom builds, one-off solutions, and work where nothing off the shelf fits your place.
What you and your people need to know to run what we build.
Designs can include reference guides for the program we built, seasonal and calendar-based reference tools, decision aids and field guides, visual and step-by-step documentation, and self-directed learning packages for the place that runs without us on site.
How the place actually gets run.
Designs can include management calendars and schedules, standard procedures for the work, lease and guest management structure, contractor and outfitter specs, recordkeeping and documentation, budget and cost planning, and integration of the whole build into how you already run the place.
Choose How We Design
Every module can be designed in one of three ways:
A list. What to buy, what to use, what to run, chosen for your place. You take it from there.
This is for the place that has the equipment, the hands, and the know-how, and just needs to stop guessing.
The build, engineered for our crew to deploy for you.
Products, rates, placement, sequencing, and timing, designed for your ground and written for our team and our subcontractors to put in. This is the build we work from in the deploy stage.
The build, engineered to leave our hands.
The same build, written to stand entirely on its own so you can deploy it however you choose: your own crew, your own contractors, or yourself.
