The fertility and correction the ground needs, built from what your tests show rather than what a standard program assumes.
Designs can include liquid and granular fertility, lime and pH correction, calcium and magnesium corrections, micronutrient packages, carbon inputs, foliar programs, soil amendments and conditioners, salt and sodium management, and amendment programs matched to the condition you're reporting on.
The living side of the soil, built to drive the biological recovery a stewardship claim depends on.
Designs can include microbial inoculants, compost and compost extracts, brewed biological teas, mycorrhizal and root-zone inoculants, biological soil primers, carbon and food sources for biology, and organic matter integration.
Everything fixed in place across the holding.
Designs can include water systems and piping, filtration and treatment systems, wells and pump systems, irrigation infrastructure, drainage and water control, ponds and wetlands, buffer and riparian infrastructure, troughs and watering points, fencing and exclusion, sampling and monitoring access, roads and access, buildings and facilities, building materials, and lighting.
The mobile side: what you run, pull, and operate.
Designs can include tractors and prime movers, roller crimpers and termination equipment, no-till and low-disturbance seed drills and planters, sprayers and applicators, spreaders, subsoilers and low-disturbance ground tools, sampling and field equipment, ATVs and UTVs, and the tools and attachments that run with them. Where regenerative equipment does not exist for what the holding needs, we can design and build it.
What goes in the ground, matched to what the ground can carry and what the commitment calls for.
Designs can include native and restoration species, cover crop mixes, buffer and riparian plantings, pollinator and habitat plantings, deep-rooted and soil-building species, forage and pasture species, legumes and nitrogen-fixing species, seed treatments and inoculants, and multi-species blends built for the holding's soil types.
Grazing and managed use as part of the system rather than a load on it.
Designs can include stocking rates and carrying capacity, managed and adaptive grazing systems, rotation and movement planning, paddock and exclusion layout, water access and distribution, mineral and supplement programs, and grazing integrated with the holding's stewardship goals.
The control side: what you apply to keep pressure off what you're establishing.
Designs can include herbicide programs, invasive and weed control, insecticide programs, fungicide programs, and resistance management across the program.
The work that goes beyond the standard nine.
Designs can include work at scale (large holdings, multi-site portfolios, corporate landholdings), specialized requirements (reporting-framework, regulatory, or stakeholder-driven specs), and problems that need research and invention rather than selection: custom builds, one-off solutions, and work where nothing off the shelf fits the holding.

Designs can include team and staff training materials, reference guides for the program we built, practice and framework reference tools, seasonal and calendar-based reference tools, stakeholder-facing documentation, visual and step-by-step documentation, and self-directed learning packages for holdings that run without us on site.

Designs can include operating plans and calendars, standard operating procedures, roles and responsibility structure, team training and development, recordkeeping and documentation systems, data and condition tracking, reporting and disclosure support, and integration of the whole build into how the holding already runs.
