Design Review

Ten categories you can design for.

The soil and water chemistry your grounds and your systems need, built from what your tests show rather than what a label assumes.

Designs can include grounds and landscape fertility, pH and correction programs, water chemistry balancing, pool and feature water chemistry, sediment and soil amendments, and correction matched to what your place is trying to do.

The living side of your grounds and your water, built to do work your products are currently doing.

Designs can include soil biology and microbial programs for the landscape, compost and biological inputs, water and feature biology, beneficial treatment for ponds and features, and organic matter integration.

Everything fixed in place, from the water systems inside to the grounds outside.

Designs can include water filtration and treatment systems, whole-property and point-of-use water systems, pools, spas, and water features, irrigation systems, drainage and water control, ventilation and air systems, plumbing and water infrastructure, patios, walkways, and hardscape, landscape and garden structures, building materials and finishes, and lighting.

The mobile side: the gear that keeps your grounds and your place running.

Designs can include grounds and landscape equipment, mowers and maintenance gear, sprayers and applicators, cleaning and maintenance equipment, pool and water-feature equipment, and the tools and attachments that run with them.

What goes in the ground, matched to what your place and your guests need.

Designs can include turf and lawn species, ornamental and flowering plantings, native and pollinator plantings, garden and edible species, tree and shrub selection, low-water and low-maintenance species, and blends built for your grounds and your season.

Where animals are part of the place, whether yours or your guests'.

Designs can include pet-friendly and pet-safe grounds planning, agritourism livestock and animal setups, resident and working animal care, pollinator and wildlife habitat, animal water and shade planning, and feed and care programs.

The control side: what you apply to keep pressure off your grounds and your guests.

Designs can include herbicide and weed control programs, insecticide and mosquito programs, fungicide programs, rodent and vertebrate control, structural and guest-space pest control, and resistance management across the program.

The work that goes beyond the standard nine.

Designs can include work at scale (large properties, resorts, multi-site, campus), specialized requirements (health code, licensing, guest-safety, or brand-standard specs), and problems that need research and invention rather than selection: custom builds, one-off solutions, and work where nothing off the shelf fits your place.

What you and your staff need to know to run what we build.

Designs can include staff and grounds-crew training materials, reference guides for the systems we built, maintenance and operation documentation, seasonal reference tools, guest-facing documentation where it helps, and self-directed learning packages for places that run without us on site.

The business behind the place.

Designs can include operating and maintenance plans, standard operating procedures, staff roles and responsibility structure, staff training and development, maintenance and service schedules, recordkeeping and compliance documentation, and integration of the whole build into how your place already runs.

Choose How We Design

Every module can be designed in one of three ways:

A list. What to buy, what to use, what to run, chosen for your place. You take it from there.

This is for the place that has the crew, the hands, and the know-how, and just needs to stop guessing.

The build, engineered for our crew to deploy for you.

Products, rates, placement, sequencing, and timing, designed for your place and written for our team and our subcontractors to put in. This is the build we work from in the deploy stage.

The build, engineered to leave our hands.

The same build, written to stand entirely on its own so you can deploy it however you choose: your own crew, your own contractors, or yourself.
