Phase 02
Active remediation cycle
Quarterly or semi-annual sampling against regulatory thresholds. Biological re-inoculation as community indicators warrant. Chemistry adjustments based on drawdown data. Cover establishment monitoring. Containment integrity verification. The site moves through contamination drawdown while soil function metrics climb. Data trail building toward closure submission.
Phase 03
Closure verification & post-closure monitoring
Final closure sampling. Regulatory submission package compiled. Agency review and No Further Action determination pursued. Post-closure monitoring runs against the documented baseline. The site asset value is captured: redevelopment-ready, bonded-released, or repositioned for carbon and habitat credit programs.

Deployment cost varies dramatically by site size, contamination profile, regulatory program, deployment pathway, and infrastructure already in place. Small oilfield pad closures run on different budgets than multi-site brownfield portfolios than watershed-scale industrial remediation. We quote Deploy at the end of the Design phase so you see the full project cost before committing capital.
