Coordinates with your GC, MEP subs, landscape contractor, and commissioning agent where conventional construction administration applies. Records logged from mobilization through commissioning so every spec is verified, every submittal is reviewed, every install is documented for the certification credit file and the asset operating manual.

Edapho carries the work from spec through construction execution and commissioning. Direct execution where scope allows — particularly for Edapho's automated water filtration products, biological water treatment installations, soil-engineered green roof and living wall builds, and data center water reuse loop integration.

Edapho's spec flows through the GC's procurement and subcontractor execution. Edapho remains engaged through construction administration — submittal review, RFI response, site walkthroughs, owner's-rep services, and commissioning verification. Standard for most commercial and institutional projects.

What Deployment Looks Like

Chemistry
Soil amendments sourced, submittals reviewed, applications executed on the spec schedule. Foundation soil bioengineering installed. Brownfield remediation phases verified. Application records logged into the asset file.
Biology
Biological inoculants applied at planting. Biological water treatment systems installed and inoculated. Green roof and living wall biological establishment monitored from day one through commissioning.
Structure
Water treatment systems installed per CSI Div 22/23/33 specs. Automated filtration products commissioned. Greywater/blackwater loops verified. For data center scope: closed-loop water reuse systems brought online and tested against design performance.
Plantings
Green roof, living wall, and site landscape plantings installed at spec stock standard, on the right schedule, with documented establishment protocol. For data center heat-loop scope: integrated agricultural production systems installed and stocked.
Practice
FM operating protocols handed off to the operations team. Tenant or homeowner orientation delivered. Commissioning checklists executed. Acceptance testing documented. Post-occupancy verification cadence activated.
Integration
BIM coordination maintained through CA. Certification credit documentation compiled across deployment. Owner's manual updated to as-built. Commissioning agent receives complete defense file. The asset file goes live for ongoing operations.

Phase 01
Construction mobilization & submittal review
GC mobilization, submittals reviewed against Edapho specs, contractor pre-construction meeting attended. Soil sourcing and amendment procurement verified. Automated water filtration product procurement coordinated with manufacturer. Baseline confirmed against Diagnose findings. Commissioning agent introduced and onboarded.
Phase 02
Active construction & field verification
Categories deploy on the construction schedule (Chemistry, Biology, Structure, Plantings, Practice) with site walks, RFI response, and field-level data capture running in parallel. Photo documentation, application records, BMP performance verification, planting establishment monitoring. Asset file building in real time.
Phase 03
Commissioning & turnover
Pre-functional and functional performance testing executed. Acceptance criteria documented. Commissioning agent receives defense file. Certification credit documentation finalized. Owner's manual issued. FM team trained. Tenant or homeowner orientation delivered. Asset transitions from construction to operations.

Once Deploy is underway and your property is shifting, Demonstrate is where we measure the shift. Re-testing on the same baseline as your first report. The site scores from then versus now.
