STEP 04 · DEPLOY

From project plan to project action.

Deploy is where the design becomes operational. Sampling cadences running. Practice changes implemented. Infrastructure installed. Verification data accumulating in real time. Whether our crew is on the ground or yours is, the data trail and protocol cadence stay intact.

✽  Your path, your choice

Edapho deployment pathways

1

Our crew executes.

Our crew, our equipment, our products, our sampling teams. We execute the design end-to-end across your project boundary. Single point of accountability. Single chain of custody. Single MRV trail. You stay focused on the project's strategic and financial side while we run operations.

Fits projects where:

  • The developer wants turnkey execution
  • Internal operational capacity is limited
  • Speed to first credit issuance matters
  • Multi-property consistency is critical
2

You execute, with our support.

Your team executes against the contractor-ready design. Edapho stays engaged for milestone verification, audit cycles, and re-test events. We provide the protocol documentation, the chain of custody framework, and verification visits; you handle day-to-day operations.

Fits projects where:

  • You have internal operations capacity
  • You're aggregating many existing landowners
  • You want full ownership of the data trail and IP
  • Long-term cost control matters most

 What Deploy Looks Like

  • Chemistry

Mineral inputs ordered, scheduled, applied. Application records logged for verifier audit trail.

  • Biology

Inoculants sourced and applied on schedule. Compost protocols running. Biological amendments delivered to the right zones at the right times.

  • Structure

Automated regeneration systems and monitoring stations installed and commissioned. Sensor networks online. Sampling grid established and documented. Data flowing.

  • Cover

Cover crops in the ground. Perennials established. Agroforestry plantings sequenced. Survival rates documented from establishment forward.

  • Practice

Management practice changes implemented and recorded. Additionality documentation building from day one. Practice logs aligned to registry requirements.

  • Verification

Sampling cadence running on schedule. Chain of custody maintained. QA/QC procedures executed. Registry reports filed at every milestone.

Deployment unfolds in phases.

MRV projects don't deploy all at once. They sequence across the credit cycle. Foundation work in the first season. Practice changes through the early years. Verification cadence running continuously across the project's full term.

Phase 01

Foundation & infrastructure

Automated regeneration and monitoring infrastructure goes in. Sampling grid is established. Baseline sampling completed and locked into the registry record. Initial chemistry and biology corrections applied to the most constrained zones. Practice change rollout planning completed. Registry pre-validation submitted where applicable.

Phase 02

Practice transition & building data

Practice changes implemented across the project boundary. Cover crop sequences running. Agroforestry plantings established. Biological systems building. First re-test events conducted. Initial verification cycles completed. First credit issuance for projects with shorter monitoring periods. Data accumulating into a defensible multi-year baseline.

Phase 03

MRV cycles & ongoing verification

Annual re-test events. Continuous monitoring data flowing. Registry milestone reporting at each verification window. Credit issuance compounding. Practice refinements informed by accumulated data. Co-benefit credit programs added to the stack as project performance qualifies. The project becomes a long-cycle revenue asset, not a one-time event.

A Note On Pricing

Deploy pricing is quoted per project.

Deployment cost varies by acreage, project type, registry, deployment pathway, and what's already on the ground. Some projects need full infrastructure build-out. Others just need our crew showing up four times a year for sampling and reporting. We quote Deploy in the Design phase so you see the full project cost before committing.

What Comes After

From deployment to defensible revenue.

Once Deploy is running, Demonstrate is where the project becomes a revenue asset. Re-test events confirm the change. Continuous monitoring maintains the data trail. Certifications document what your project qualifies for. Credit issuance turns measured outcomes into verified income across the full project term.
